Indonesia course 2009

Subjects include the history of colonisation and decolonisation, recent developments in the posistion of Islam, and political decentralisation. Attention is also paid to several economic topics, differences between urban life and the country-side, women's movement, ecological problems, conflicts and criminality, classical and popular culture.

24th Inter-University Caribbean Studies course

This course will start on13 January and will end on 7 April 2010. The course explores the history, politics and developmental and social and cultural aspects in the Caribbean region. More information about this course will follow in October 2009.
