Institutional cooperation (APSEA)
In 2007, five renowned not-for-profit academic publishers on Southeast Asia have joined forces to form a new publishing organization, APSEA. The founding members of APSEA are the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (Singapore), KITLV Press (Leiden), NIAS Press (Copenhagen), NUS Press (Singapore), and University of Hawai’i Press. With members on three continents, the collective APSEA is able to produce more co-publications and offer better worldwide distribution and more extensive marketing and promotion.
We welcome submissions from all prospective authors. Authors publishing with APSEA will enjoy the worldwide support and backing of all member publishers.
