The two-volume special edition of Jurnal Wacana – Stories and Storytelling in Indonesian – edited by Clara Brakel, Susi Moeimam and Tom Hoogervorst (KITLV) is now online available! The two volumes delve into Indonesia’s rich heritage of stories and the different ways they are performed. KITLV researchers Antoinette Schapper and Willem van der Molen have contributed articles.
Wacana, Journal of the Humanities of Indonesia is a scholarly open access journal of the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Indonesia. The journal is a medium for scholarly discussion, description, and surveys concerning literature, linguistics, archaeology, history, philosophy, library and information studies, religion, art, and interdisciplinary studies. The journal is published twice a year.
