The members association wishes to improve the way it works to attain its goals. You can help us, whether you are a member or not. Please share ideas by answering our questions in the survey below and help us to put Southeast Asia and the Caribbean more prominently on the research agenda.
Questions 3 and 4 pertain to members only; non-members can enter ‘not applicable’.

1. The KITLV members association funds research, organizes events for scholars and a broader public and publishes scholarly publications in cooperation with Brill Publishers. Through these means we facilitate research on Southeast Asia and the Caribbean and the spread of knowledge of these regions. Do you have ideas for additional ways for the members association to stimulate and facilitate research on Southeast Asia and the Caribbean and spread knowledge about these regions?
2. The KITLV members association is owner of an extensive and significant collection of publications, manuscripts, maps and photographs. Do you see chances to promote this collection among national and international researchers, the broader public and potential sponsors?
3. Do you feel that the members association should actively engage in attracting new members? If so, what means could be employed to raise interest for membership among the various groups?
4. What do you think about the way the association's board communicates with the members? As a member, what kind of information would you like to receive from the board, how often would you like to receive this information and through which channels?
5. And lastly, do you have any other remarks that could help the KITLV members association to reach its goals?
