Dagmar Schuiling is the HR Advisor of the KITLV. In 2010 she received her HBO-Bachelor HRM at the Hanze University of applied sciences in Groningen after writing a successful thesis on the performance cycle within UMCG Ambulance Care.

Since then she has mainly gained experience in production environments within various medium-sized production facilities. As of June 2020 she is responsible for HR Activities for two KNAW institutes: KITLV and NIDI. She advises and supports the MT and the managers with regard to all various matters within the HR domain.
