Ellen has been working at KITLV since 1992. She works at the supporting desk, Caribbean researchers, and is responsible for the KITLV society as well as tasks related to the KITLV Press. 

She also organizes events, coordinates the Inter-University Course on the Caribbean, ICT and provides management and HR support.
