Atikah is currently a Master's student in Geography at Gadjah Mada University (UGM) in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. She recently completed her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geography at the same institution in 2025. Her academic foundation is strongly rooted in physical geography, environmental management, and spatial analysis.

Professionally, Atikah has built a strong background in both academic instruction and practical environmental management. At UGM, she has served as a Practicum Assistant for both Geohydrology and Geomorphology, where she has been responsible for guiding fieldwork activities, developing learning materials, and evaluating student assessments. In late 2023, she completed a notable internship with the Environmental Agency of Sleman Regency (Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Sleman). During this role, she created and validated vegetation cover maps, calculated the region's 2023 Land Quality Index, and assisted the division in monitoring environmental compliance.

Beyond her coursework, Atikah is an active researcher and student leader. She has co-authored publications on critical environmental issues, including an October 2025 paper in Thalassas: An International Journal of Marine Sciencesregarding ecosystem-based risk assessments for coastal management, and a study on meteorological drought analysis presented at the 2025 International Conference on Geography and Disaster Management. Additionally, she has demonstrated strong organizational leadership through her involvement as a Human Resources staff member for the Environmental Geography Student Association (EGSA) and as a Sub-coordinator for the OLGENAS International Geolympiad.
