Joseph Quiñones is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SOLAR Hope (Sustainable Outreach and Lifelong Advocacy to Rekindle Hope Inc.), a prominent non-profit organization based in the Philippines. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University. Prior to his full-time non-profit leadership, he worked as a Sales Data Entry Specialist at Oracle NetSuite. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious YSEALI (Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative) GreenTech 2024 program, which highlights emerging leaders driving green technology and environmental solutions across Southeast Asia. 

Under his leadership, SOLAR Hope operates as a non-stock, non-profit movement dedicated to providing solar power solutions to un-electrified and marginalized communities in the Philippines, particularly Sama-Bajau communities in Batangas City.
