Marvelous Dainty C. Camilo (often known as Marvs) is a Filipino youth leader, environmental advocate, and communications specialist based in Davao City, Philippines. He is widely recognized as the co-founder, vice-chairperson, and program manager of DYESABEL Philippines, Inc., a SEC-registered non-governmental organization dedicated to marine conservation, civic education, and empowering underserved coastal and indigenous communities (Sama-Bajau).

His work extends heavily into the agricultural sector, where he collaborates with the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) to champion digital tools for rural farmers and promote youth agripreneurship. Recognized widely for his leadership, he founded the Davao Young Leaders Congress and served as a regional representative in the 13th National Youth Parliament.

Beyond his grassroots activism, Camilo has been a highly visible and sometimes polarizing figure in youth diplomacy. He was selected as one of the Philippine Youth Ambassadors of Goodwill for the 48th Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program (SSEAYP). However, his tenure faced significant public scrutiny, culminating in the Davao City Council controversially revoking his honorary title in early 2025 following allegations of disruptive behavior and interpersonal conflicts. Despite this political setback, his organization defended his track record, and he continues to be a vocal force in Philippine environmental advocacy and community development.
